Prof. Amnon Shashua
Co-Founder, President, Chief Executive Officer and Director
Prof. Amnon Shashua is a professor of computer science at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and President & CEO of Mobileye. He is a 2020 Dan David Prize laureate in the field of artificial intelligence and was selected as the 2022 Mobility Innovator by the Automotive Hall of Fame. In 1999, Shashua co-founded Mobileye, which claimed the title in 2014 of the largest Israeli IPO ever, and in 2017 the company became an Intel company in the largest Israeli acquisition deal ever, for a total of $15.3B. Prof. Shashua holds the Sachs Chair in Computer Science at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. His field of expertise is computer vision and machine learning and he has published over 160 papers and holds over 94 patents in this field. In 2010, more than a decade after establishing Mobileye, Shashua cofounded OrCam Technologies, a pioneer in developing personal, AI-driven platforms to provide increased independence for people who are blind, visually or hearing-impaired, or otherwise disabled. The company's flagship OrCam MyEye assistive technology device was named a TIME Best Invention of 2019. Shashua's latest companies are also in the field of AI: AI21 Labs, which helps AI systems process language as a human mind would.
In addition to his AI-based companies, Shashua founded "One Zero", the first digital bank in Israel, which is the country's first new bank in 40 years.
In 2019, Shashua was recognized as the Electronic Imaging (EI) Scientist of the Year by the Society for Imaging Science and Technology (IS&T) for his pivotal contributions to computer vision and machine learning, and for advancing autonomous driving and wearable assistive devices for the blind and visually impaired. Shashua and his Mobileye team were also finalists in the European Inventor Awards of 2019, awarded by the European Patent Office for their advanced driver assistance technology, which is making roads safer worldwide.

Gaby Hayon
Executive Vice President, Research and Development
Gaby (Gavriel) Hayon leads the research and development arm of Mobileye and is responsible for algorithm and software designed for advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS), highly and fully autonomous vehicles (AVs), Road Experience Management™ (REM™) mapping, and Responsibility-Sensitive Safety (RSS). He joined Mobileye as employee number 7 almost 20 years ago as an algorithm developer after working at Applied Materials.
Hayon received his Ph.D. in artificial intelligence from the Hebrew University, as well as a master of science degree in physics from the Weitzman Institute and a bachelor of science degree in physics from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology. He has more than a dozen patents in the field of artificial intelligence.

Prof. Shai Shalev-Shwartz
Chief Technology Officer
Prof. Shai Shalev-Shwartz leads software and algorithm technology development for Mobileye’s advanced driving assist systems (ADAS), highly autonomous and fully autonomous driving solutions, and enabling technologies including Responsibility-Sensitive Safety (RSS) and Road Experience Management™ (REM™) maps. He is also a professor at the Rachel and Selim Benin School of Computer Science and Engineering at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Shalev-Shwartz developed the science behind RSS as well as an economically viable path toward a future where there are no casualties from car accidents. He is drawn to autonomous driving as the first large scale deployment of artificial intelligence and machine learning outside of the cybernetic world.
Shalev-Shwartz is best known for pioneering research in machine learning and was listed as one of the 100 most influential researchers worldwide in 2016 by AMiner. In 2014, he co-authored one of the top books used by major universities on theoretical machine learning: “Understanding Machine Learning From Theory to Algorithms.” Before joining Hebrew University and Mobileye, Shalev-Shwartz was a research assistant professor at Toyota Technological Institute in Chicago, and also worked in research at both Google and IBM. Shalev-Shwartz has written more than 100 research papers, focusing on machine learning, online prediction, optimization techniques, and practical algorithms.
In 2020, he was awarded the prestigious Michael Bruno Award for his groundbreaking research and his unique contribution to computer science and engineering.

Diane Be'ery
Vice President, Marketing
Diane Be'ery is the VP of Marketing at Mobileye and is responsible for crafting the company's messaging, managing the brand globally, executing online and offline events and campaigns for demand generation and brand awareness, and managing employee communications. She brings with her a strong background in bringing complex technology and ideas to life, and in her time at Mobileye has helped build the marketing function from the ground up. Before transitioning into hi-tech, she spent a number of years in the fields of research and education. Be’ery holds a BA in political science from the University of California San Diego, and a MA in politics & communications from The Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
Liz Cohen-Yerushalmi
Chief Legal Officer
Liz Cohen-Yerushalmi heads Mobileye’s legal team and is responsible for the legal compliance of all aspects of Mobileye’s business including operations, customer and supplier agreements, intellectual property rights, human resources, and finance. She works closely with Mobileye senior management and collaborates with Intel’s legal team as well.
Before joining Mobileye, Cohen-Yerushalmi was general counsel at AudioCodes Ltd., served as President of the Israeli chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel, and was a risk manager at Cellcom Israel. She is a member of the Israeli Lawyers Bar Association. Cohen-Yerushalmi received her LLB from the Israeli College of Management and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English literature from Tel Aviv University.

Liron Dahan
Vice President, Human Resources
Liron Dahan leads Mobileye’s Human Resources department and is responsible for all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including growth and recruitment planning, retention strategy, learning and development programs, and employee experience – serving as a critical partner in all strategic growth initiatives and helping to cultivate people as Mobileye’s most important asset. Prior to joining Mobileye, she held HR management positions at HP Software and Micro Focus. Dahan received a BA in behavioral science from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and a MA in organization development from the College of Management in Israel.

As Co-founder and CEO of Moovit, a leading Mobility as a Service (MaaS) provider and the world’s #1 urban mobility app, Nir Erez believes data companies will become the operating system – the brains and heart – of smart cities. Dan Galves is responsible for Mobileye’s external communications strategy with respect to investors, analysts, and media. He brings more than 20 years of experience analyzing the automotive industry, specializing in electric and autonomous transportation.
Building on years of experience in the equity research field with Deutsche Bank and Credit Suisse, Dan joined Mobileye in early 2016 and led Investor Relations and Communications until 2018. Subsequent to the Intel acquisition of Mobileye, Dan joined Wolfe Research as senior automotive technology analyst and then was VP – Investor Relations for Fisker Inc., helping to establish that company in the public markets. He then re-joined Mobileye in February 2022.

Johann Jungwirth
Senior Vice President, Autonomous Vehicles
Johann Jungwirth (“JJ”) leads Mobileye’s AV group and is responsible for the development and releases of Mobileye's L2+ to L5 AV products, including Mobileye SuperVision™, Mobileye Chauffeur™, and Mobileye Drive™. He is also responsible for the global deployment and rollout of Mobileye’s Mobility-as-a-Service business based on self-driving vehicles, including the global MaaS scale-out strategy, vehicle programs, fleets, and mobility platform and services.
Before joining Mobileye in 2019, Johann held engineering leadership roles at some of the world’s biggest automakers, including Volkswagen Group and Mercedes-Benz/Daimler. As an automotive industry veteran for 25 years who has been working on self-driving vehicle programs for 10 years, he is particularly excited about Mobileye’s AV platforms and solutions to make road traffic safer and more convenient for everyone.

Shotaro Kawahara leads business development and engineering design-in for this strategically important automotive region.
Kawahara graduated from Keio University in 1999 with a degree in economics. Shortly after graduation he co-founded a start-up company in New York specializing in 3D reconstruction from still images, where he oversaw all customer projects. Kawahara joined Mobileye through his activity at this company and was later appointed CEO of Mobileye Japan Ltd.

Nimrod Nehushtan
Executive Vice President, Strategy & Business Development
Nimrod Nehushtan is responsible for Mobileye’s strategic planning and initiatives, business objectives and development, as well as advanced development projects. In addition, as REM co-general manager, he is responsible for defining the productization of Road Experience Management™ (REM) for OEM customers, leading REM product, delivery, and business engagements to optimize Mobileye’s mapping solutions and services and maximize their reach in the ADAS and AV markets. Prior to joining Mobileye, Nehushtan worked as an engineer at Israel Aerospace Industries. Nehushtan received a bachelor's degree cum laude in mechanical engineering from Tel Aviv University.
Kobi Ohayon
Chief Operations Officer
Kobi Ohayon oversees many aspects of Mobileye’s business from an operations perspective, including OEM production, EyeQ Chip supply chain, Information Technology, Information Systems, Corporate quality, travel, purchasing, transportation and EHS (Environment, Health & Security). Under Ohayon's watch, work is proceeding on the design and construction of a new Mobileye headquarters building that will house above 2,500 employees. It is considered one of the finest and largest construction projects in Israel and will be a model for high tech building design when completed.
Before joining Mobileye, Ohayon worked as regional operations & delivery manager of EMEA for a leading cyber and security company and spent 10 years at Cisco Systems as a strategic programs manager.
Ohayon received his bachelor of computer science in software engineering from the Jerusalem College of Engineering.

Boaz Ouriel
Senior Vice President, EPG Software
Boaz Ouriel leads Mobileye’s EPG Software group and is responsible for the development and deployment of the EyeQ®, including Mobileye’s SDK package, EyeQ Kit™. He has over 20 years of experience at Intel and Mobileye leading the development of middleware and low-level software, with a focus on performance optimization and a specialty in building robust compilers and unique compute-oriented programmable accelerators.
He received a BSc in applied mathematics and computer science from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology, where he graduated with honors, and an executive MBA from the Recanati Graduate School of Business Administration. He is an OpenCL veteran, contributing to the definition of the OpenCL standard, is the former editor of the SPIR-V 1.0 specification, and the recipient of numerous patents and awards in his field.

Elchanan Rushinek
Executive Vice President, Engineering
Elchanan Rushinek leads a team of engineers working on Mobileye’s EyeQ platform, including all of the silicon, hardware and software that comprise the platform. He joined Mobileye in 2001 to lead development of the highly specialized system-on-chip (SoC) that became the successful EyeQ product family. In this role, Rushinek was an early pioneer in the co-development of an optimized hardware/software solution dedicated to advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS). More than 30 million EyeQ units have been shipped to date.
In addition to developing and delivering the ongoing EyeQ roadmap, Rushinek’s team is working to open up the EyeQ product to enable customers to develop software on top of the platform for their automated vehicle solutions.
Before joining Mobileye, Rushinek worked as a VLSI designer for Intel Israel and was involved in the design of the first 10MB Ethernet controller product. He then worked at Motorola Semiconductor Israel for 18 years, leading VLSI design group for multiple generations of Digital Signal Processor Motorola Wireless Handset Baseband’s System On Chip products.

Lior Sethon
Senior Vice President, Intelligent Mobility Solutions Division
Lior Sethon leads Mobileye’s Intelligent Mobility Solutions Data Services division, which takes transformative Mobileye technology beyond the automotive industry and directly into vehicles already on the road and used by fleets around the world. He is responsible for the rapid growth of Mobileye’s aftermarket business, providing advanced asset detection and actionable road data to road operators, cities, and other global industries. Sethon brings to Mobileye more than a decade of experience in sales management, business development and marketing for international companies – both large and small. He also worked as a senior advisor to the Israeli Minister of Defense for two years and was a commander in a combat unit in the Israeli Defense Forces. Sethon holds a BA in communications and management from the Management College of Israel.

Moran Shemesh Rojansky is the Chief Financial Officer at Mobileye Global Inc. She leads Mobileye’s global finance organization, including finance, accounting and reporting, tax, treasury and financial planning. Shemesh Rojansky joined Mobileye in 2016 and has previously served as Corporate Controller, Director of Finance, and Vice President of Finance. Prior to joining Mobileye, Shemesh Rojansky served as head of consolidation and reporting at Tnuva Ltd. Shemesh Rojansky has also served as a senior manager at PwC Israel’s accounting consulting services and advisory group.
